As a member of raiSE Singapore, SG Veg Farms believes in using urban farming as a platform to create positive environmental and social impact, while strengthening connections within the community.
Inclusive Farming Programme
SG Veg Farms works with community organisations such as Pathlight School, AWWA, and MINDS to provide meaningful opportunities for participants to experience a real commercial farming environment. Through guided farm activities and farm-related work, participants gain exposure to urban agriculture, develop practical skills, enjoy time outdoors, and experience the satisfaction of contributing to food production within the community.
Community Volunteering
Individuals, schools, and organisations can participate in volunteering activities at the farm, contributing to local food production while learning more about sustainable agriculture and community farming.
Sponsor-a-Grow Channel Programme
Our Adopt-a-Grow Channel Programme enables individuals, schools, organisations, and corporate partners to sponsor the cultivation of vegetables within our farm. The vegetables grown through these sponsored channels are then donated to charitable causes and community beneficiaries, such as senior care homes and other social service organisations.
The programme creates a meaningful way for the community to support local food production while giving back to those in need. Schools can use it as a platform for values-based learning and service projects, while companies may incorporate it as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Together, we can grow fresh food, nurture community spirit, and make a positive social impact—one growing channel at a time.
